Paula Schmitt
A wife and mother of five children, an
author and entrepreneur

Paula has always enjoyed writing, whether
it's fiction or non-fiction, and in her heart she knew this was
her calling in life (besides being a mom!). She currently writes
a syndicated column entitled "The All Sports Mom" and her
award-winning book,
Living in a Locker Room, was published by Wyatt-MacKenzie
Publishing in May of 2005, but this mom writer has not stopped there. Her
business, Mom Writer's Productions, LLC, which consists of The
Mom Writer's Literary magazine and Mom Writer's Talk Radio, has
literally taken off and this mother of five is, as she says,
"living her dream life."
Personally speaking, Paula is committed to
her husband and five children, living her best life (In a Locker
Room no doubt) and setting an example for her children, that
they too, can choose the life that they want to live. Paula
feels her sense of humor (which is required raising five kids) and
her approach to motherhood is something she would like to share with
moms all over the world!

Alana Morales
A wife and mother of two children, a writer and novice
soccer mom

As a former high
school English teacher, Alana has always enjoyed writing, but
never pursued it on a personal level until after the birth of
her second child. After realizing that she wanted to stay at
home with her two kids, Alana decided to pursue writing
seriously. She currently writes a syndicated column entitled
“Family Business” about living life as a work at home mom. Her
first book, Domestically Challenged, comes out in 2006.
Now that Alana is a
full time mom, she is excited that she can share her crazy life
with other moms through her writing, so that “all the stressed
out, anxious, and neurotic moms know that they are not alone.”
She truly believes that humor is what allows her to keep her
sanity as she raises her two active kids (ages five and two),
all while working from home and writing.
